How I wish...

... for good old days !  Slim waistlines, coiffed hair, killer heels and beautiful smiles.  Life of un-ending "lakuatsa" and parties galore. Secret "crushes", never a care of getting old and grumpy which describes me to a tee !

A few nights ago, I was reading an article regarding a course in Neuroscience to re-train one's brain for positive thinking.  I searched for articles and books to borrow. I am still searching..... then this picture came in the mail.... and "all" my searches are momentarily forgotten. The picture definitely, positively changed my thinking !

BCHSIAA Chapter Hosts Mayor Domogan

The BCHSIAA Ontario Chapter hosted lunch for Mayor Domogan and his entourage @ Mandarin Buffet Restaurant, North York on October 27th.  Mayor Domogan is in town for the 15th anniversary of the "twinning" of Baguio City & City of Vaughan, Ontario.  The Mayor's schedule included the Gala, hosted by City of Vaughan organizers, BCHSIAA Lunch, BIBAK Dinner. Travelling back to The Philippines, Mayor Domogan & Party will visit Japan, for another official engagement.

Though our trip seemed to be short (Oct. 3-11 which was Gio's Fall Break from school) it was very memorable and fulfilling as our sked was maximized to let Gio enjoy San Diego Zoo, Lego Land and SeaWorld and for us adults, it was bonding time with relatives and friends we missed for many many years!
