There are two things that come to mind when it comes to GloV. 1st.. the sunshine and heat of Baguio to ward off the blusterry cold winds of the North. 2nd, her social soiree would have been put to rest since she is vacationing up north away from the hustle and bustle of her matronly activities in Baguio society... No, no, nah, nada zilch... she is as busy as ever, if not busier, attending to the extended social circuit of up-rooted Baguio-ites. The expected heat and sunshine of Baguio did not put a dent to the cold wintery Toronto. Fact is, everytime I wake up to a sunny day and decide at a moment's notice to show off our adopted city, winter brrrrr returns with a vengeance with snow flurries abounding, sleet and rain falling with mystical force. Needling her a bit, I said: her planned departure back to The Philippines has signalled the sun to take a peek, thus urging the temperatures to start climbing.
