Ilocandia - 1.1

Hot and humid Ilocandia, here we are. We had to grab some lunch and fill up (not gasoline for our van) our stomachs and take pleasure in thinking of the "bagnet" which Vigan is famous for. Again Louee and Ping who are masters of the game of dining out, reels us in, into the heritage lane's Cafe Leona on Crisologo Street, downtown Vigan.
