My condolences to Dely's family. There is rejoicing in heaven for Dely to be home in the arms of the Lord. Hallelujah !!! Thanks GOD, I had a chance to see her in 2009 after 47 years. With the Baguio group, we had dinner in my house & in the restaurant. She was full of life. We had fun talking, laughing & reminiscing the good old high school days. God Bless !!!

Benjamin Abellera (email April 11, 2011):
I was looking forward to seeing Dely at our golden reunion next year. Now, we all have to wait a while for our golden reunion in the heavens where Dely will be waiting for us, together with Bembo, Iking, Julius and the entire gang !

  1. I remember Dely - she approached me three years ago during the homecoming parade and told me she is a cousin to Nora Calica-Buluran of Class61. And I met her again year before last, and also this year. Just goes to show that life can be snuffed out anytime like a candle. I suppose they will have a mini-reunion up there with the rest of the late 62'ers. Condolences to her bereaved family. Evelyn.
