Miguel and Lydia visiting with brother Rudy (right) @ his home in Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. Miguel farms in San Jose, Quezon, Bukidnon. Has 3 sons and 1 daughter.

Rodson Ian (son of Rudy) took these pictures during the week-end birthday celebrations for Rudy. Ang galing talaga ng "brother's bonding" ng mga Cahulogan's. Rodson also confirmed in his email, the presence of both Miguel and Rudy during the 2012 Golden Jubilee in Baguio !!!!

New Rule to Puzzle Entries

Our Sponsor has established one (1) rule to Puzzle Entries:

1.a. Due to the consistent win of one puzzle entry solver, it has been established that a "winner" to a puzzle will not be able to submit a solution to the very next puzzle, in order to give a chance to everyone else.
Good Luck Everyone !!!

I owe the BCHS Class62 Pot $10.00 ($5.00 each to the Winners)
Benjie

2.1. What is the next number in this series? 15 ... 12 ... 13 ... 10 ... 11 ... 8 ... ? Solution = 9 ; won by Aurora Lambino

2. 2. What are the next two numbers in this series? 294...15...279...18...261...9...?...? Solution = 252...9 ; by Gali Munar
Solution: Add the three digits of the first number (2 + 9 + 4 = 15) and get the next number 15 Subtract 15 from the first number 294 to obtain the third number, 279. Add the three digits of 279 (2 + 7 + 9 = 18) & obtain the number 18. Subtract 18 from 279 to obtain 261. Add the three digits of 261 (2 + 6 + 1 = 9) and obtain the number 9. Follow these procedures to obtain the missing numbers 252 and 9.

Solution and Winner Puzzle #3

Subject: Puzzle :::: Hello, Ben - I think I have an answer to your very challenging puzzle.

Segregate the balls into 3 sets of 3. Weigh one set against another set. The heavier set will tip the weighing instrument. If the instrument stays balanced, then the 3rd set has the heavy ball.Select 2 balls from the 3rd set and compare their weights. The heavier ball will tip the scales. If the scales stay balanced, the heavier ball will be apparent.
