Cef Cawaon, who has been silently smiling all through the years has been recognized for his services in Education. This award was bestowed upon him last year, during the 91st Alumni Homecoming. Cef must have gone fishing in Australia somewhere. Cef was honored this year with the current awardees during the 92nd Alumni Homecoming.
